Children's Act Reference Checking

What you need to do specifically related to the Children Act in terms of Reference checking

If the position is designated under the Children Act 2014 as being that of a Children’s worker role, we are obliged to safety check candidates for this position through a set process. This includes specific questions in the reference checking process.

NB These are to be asked in addition to the Normal reference check questions.
